UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Ready-made items are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Personalised and made-to-order items are usually dispatched within 10–14 working days after you have approved your design proof.

If an order contains both ready-made and personalised items, the complete order will normally be dispatched together when all items are ready.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.

We offer free UK standard delivery on orders of £50 or more after discounts have been applied.

Any available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are separate from our preparation and dispatch times.

Carrier delivery times may vary, particularly during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
